The Power of Color

Color in design is very subjective but there's a science to how it affects emotions and behavior. Join experts from diverse design backgrounds for a dynamic discussion on the power of color in design and how our color choices can support, emphasize, or contradict our intended messages.

Panelists include Vivian Evans, principal designer CMF and trend at Newell Rubbermaid and Sara Molina, lead interior designer at Progressive AE. Additional panelists to be announced.

8:30am - 9:00am | coffee and baked goods
9:00am - 10:00am | discussion

Don’t miss Color of the Year presented by X-Rite Pantone and Look Behind Design: A Process Gallery curated by West Michigan Design Week, both of which will be on display at UICA.

Attendance is free but registration is required.

Thanks to UICA for hosting this event
