Join AIGA West Michigan in welcoming nationally recognized typography speaker, Nikki Villagomez, as she takes a look into how culture affects typography and decision-making processes in everyday life.

Nikki uses pictures taken throughout her travels to discuss the comparisons and contrasts in type choices based on location. And on August 9th, Nikki will be using typography photos from our very own West Michigan community to craft a truly unique and engaging presentation.

We hope to see you at Vander Mill at 6:30pm on Thursday, August 9th, for this awesome and customized event! Tickets range from $5-$20 and Nikki will also have copies of her book Culture+Typography: How Culture Affects Typography for sale at the event for $25. Every purchase of the book will receive a free #40covers poster!
