Jen Scully is the Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations for Target’s in-house creative agency. She leads teams and capabilities across creative strategy, account management, project management, resource management and planning. She is passionate about strategy development, cultural and operational improvement and empowering teams to achieve their best.
During her 17 years at Target, Jen has worked as a technologist, strategy consultant, consumer researcher and digital leader. When not supporting the bullseye, Jen is an executive coach and trainer helping individuals define and shape their personal brand to achieve exceptional outcomes.
