AIGA WM Strategic Goals

On August 8 the board of AIGA West Michigan convened at GRid70 with Bill Holsinger-Robinson to look the direction of the organization. With the centennial of AIGA approaching it seemed like a good time to revisit the strategic goals of the chapter. We looked at our branding, our purpose, our culture, and how we get things done. We looked at where AIGA national is heading as well as the industry in general.

These discussions and exercises lead to a number of goals – heavily focused on diversity, visibility, and professional development. On August 19 the board is going to reconvene to our solidify strategy and tactical plans for the coming years. In early September we will be reaching out for your opinion and input.
